The unemployment rate is said to be dropping to 3.8% this year. By the end of 2019, according to a BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) report, it is predicted to be at 3.5% by the end of 2019. Unemployment hasn’t been that low since December 1969 according to BLS.
