Did you know that there are things you can do to EARN THE LOYALTY OF MILLENNIALS at your company?
You may ask why should you do this? Here are some reasons why.
The 2018 Deloitte Millennial Survey reveals that "millennials, a generation set to inherit the global workforce as soon as the year 2020, are uneasy about the future. Much of their unease is centered around businesses that have chosen to prioritize the bottom line over team members, company culture, and society as a whole. As a result, millennial workers’ loyalty towards their companies has waned significantly.”
According to the seventh year of the millennial survey it identifies how millennials look at business and their ethics, their level of involvement giving back to society and the environment and their ability to benefit not only stockholders, but employees, their clients and the economy. It is an eye opener. What is your company doing to embrace and retain the millennials who will inherit the workplace shortly???
If you would like, we can work with you to update your forms for both equal pay and non-compete policy and have our employment law attorney give their blessing for these updates. Please reach out with questions.
We have a client company who we helped hire someone at the Director level. Their plan is to promote them tied to goals to the VP and then C level over the course of the next 2-3 years. How will they continue to retain that senior executive after the promotion to the VP or C level? They will have invested time and money in training and will reap rewards in company growth. It would be a shame to lose a key executive to another organization along the way.
How can you retain your valuable key executive? By talking to our seasoned team of benefits experts, we can offer our clients a variety of solutions to ensure that key executives don’t leave the organization during key time periods.
If you have such a scenario, with ANY level of key employee please reach out for a conversation to help ensure that you don’t lose them to the competition and thereby crippling your business. We would be happy to help!!
